Abstract

Zamonaviy iqtisodiy rivojlanish sharoitida mehnat bozori barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sish va ijtimoiy farovonliknita’minlashda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada mehnat bozori tushunchasi, uning ishlash mexanizmi, aholigata’siri, shuningdek, tarkibiy tuzilmasi va zamonaviy rivojlanish tendensiyalari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekistonmehnat bozori misolida mavjud muammolar va istiqbolli rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari yoritilib, amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
