Mamlakatimiz Turizm Sohasi Xizmatlar Sifati Bilan Bog‘Liq Iqtisodiy Ko‘Rsatkichlar

Abstract

Turizm jahon iqtisodiyotining strategik muhim tarmog‘iga aylangan bo‘lib, ko‘plab rivojlanayotgan davlatlaruchun eksportning asosiy manbai bo‘lib xizmat qilmoqda. O‘zbekistonda 2015–2024-yillar oralig‘ida soha misli ko‘rilmagansur’atlar bilan o‘sdi: xorijiy turistlar oqimi 8,2 million nafarga, turizm xizmatlari eksporti esa 3,52 milliard dollarga yetdi.Miqdoriy o‘sishga qaramay, xizmat ko‘rsatish sifati va xalqaro standartlar o‘rtasidagi tafovut saqlanib qolmoqda, bu esaturistlarning o‘rtacha xarajatlari pastligi va takroriy tashriflar cheklanganligida namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Tadqiqotning maqsadiO‘zbekiston, xususan, Samarqand viloyati misolida turizm xizmatlari sifati va iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikniempirik tahlil qilishdan iborat. Tahlillar TripAdvisor reytingi va turizm daromadi o‘rtasida yuqori korrelyatsiya (r = 0,87)mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi; xizmat sifati 1 ballga oshganda daromad 28–35 % ga o‘sishi aniqlandi. Samarqandda o‘rtachatunash muddati 4,8 kunni tashkil etib, kadrlar malakasi va raqamli xizmatlar yetishmasligi sababli xalqaro ko‘rsatkichlardanorqada qolmoqda. Mazkur tadqiqotda ilk bor O‘zbekiston sharoitida “qiymat uchun pul” konsepsiyasi va xizmat sifatibog‘liqligi Samarqand viloyati misolida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Sifatli o‘sishga o‘tish uchun milliy sifat reyting tizimini joriyetish, Samarqandda Turizm sifati akademiyasini tashkil etish va sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini “Turizm-2030” strategiyasiningasosiy KPI si sifatida belgilash taklif etiladi.
