Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklari tomonidan aloqa va telekommunikatsiya sohasini moliyalashtirishning o‘zigaxos iqtisodiy va huquqiy jihatlari tadqiq etiladi. Aloqa sohasi yuqori texnologik va kapital talab qiladigan tarmoq bo‘lganligisababli, bank kreditlari va investitsiyalarining roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, sohani kreditlashda yuzaga keladiganrisklar, uzoq muddatli investitsion loyihalarning samaradorligi hamda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida bank xizmatlariningtransformatsiyasi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola yakunida aloqa sohasi korxonalarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash vabanklarning loyihalarni baholash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan
