Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ijro hujjatlari talablarini bajarishdan bo‘yin tovlash holatlari va ular uchun belgilanganjavobgarlik tizimi tahlil qilinadi. Amaldagi qonunchilik normalari o‘rganilib, ularning amaliyotda qo‘llanilishi jarayonidayuzaga kelayotgan muammolar ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, javobgarlik choralarini soddalashtirish, ularni yanada aniqva samarali qilish zarurati asoslab beriladi. Muallif tomonidan ijro intizomini mustahkamlash, huquqbuzarliklarning oldiniolish hamda majburiy ijro tizimi samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi.
