Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ijro hujjatlarini majburiy ijro etish tizimini raqamlashtirishjarayonlari, uning huquqiy asoslari va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilingan. Maqolada «Elektron ijro varaqasi» tiziminingjoriy etilishi, davlat xizmatlari portali orqali ijro ishlarini yuritish imkoniyatlari, shuningdek, sud va ijro organlari o‘rtasidagielektron hamkorlik masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Raqamlashtirish jarayonidagi mavjud muammolar, xususan, axborotxavfsizligi, texnik infratuzilma etishmovchiligi va kadrlar malakasi masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, ijrotizimini to‘liq raqamlashtirish ish samaradorligini oshirish, byurokratik to‘siqlarni kamaytirish va fuqarolarning huquqlarinitezkor ro‘yobga chiqarishda hal qiluvchi omil ekanligi isbotlangan. Maqola so‘ngida tizimni yanada takomillashtirishbo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
