Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tadbirkorlik va hunarmandchilikni rivojlantirishning xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi hamda ularniO‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda rivojlangan mamlakatlarda kichik biznes vahunarmandchilikni qo‘llab-quvvatlashning institutsional, moliyaviy va huquqiy mexanizmlari yoritilib, ularning bandliknita’minlash, hududiy rivojlanishni rag‘batlantirish va iqtisodiy faollikni oshirishdagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek,O‘zbekistonda mahallalarda tadbirkorlik va hunarmandchilikni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha olib borilayotgan islohotlar baholanib,xorijiy tajribalarni milliy sharoitga moslashtirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu sohaniboshqarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, eksport salohiyatini oshirish va aholi bandligini mustahkamlash uchunmuhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
