Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari (AJ) tomonidan investitsiyalarni jalb qilishning zamonaviy vainnovatsion usuli — "crowd investing" (jamoaviy investitsiya) platformalaridan foydalanish istiqbollari tadqiq etiladi. Maqoladaan’anaviy fond bozoridagi to‘siqlar, kichik va o‘rta investorlarning aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari kapitalidagi ishtiroki hamda ushbujarayonning raqamli ekotizim orqali optimallashuvi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kraudinvesting mexanizmlarining huquqiyasoslari, risklarni boshqarish va aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari uchun moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlashdagi roli yoritib beriladi.Tadqiqot yakunida mazkur platformalarni O‘zbekiston moliya bozoriga tatbiq etish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar keltirilgan
