Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada O‘zbekiston tijorat banklari Asia Alliance Bank, Aloqabank va Mikrokreditbankning2020–2025 yillardagi statistik ma’lumotlari asosida bank aktivlari sifatini mustaqil baholash (AQR - Asset Quality Review)markazini tashkil etishning zarurati, konseptual modeli va amaliy yo‘l xaritasi tadqiq etiladi. Ushbu maqolada rivojlangan varivojlanayotgan davlatlar bank tizimida AQR tajribasi tahlil etiladi. XVFning 2023 yil bo‘yicha FSAP hisobotidagi xulosasida«targeted AQR is warranted» iborasini maqsadli tashkil etishga xalqaro asos sifatida ko‘rsatiladi. O‘zbekiston Markaziybanki tasarrufida uch bosqichli AQR Markazi (Pilot 2025–2026 yillar, Kengaytirish 2027–2028 yillar, Tizimlashtirish 2029yil) konseptual modeli taklif etiladi
