O‘Zbekiston Respublikasida Oliy Ta’Lim Sohasida Investitsion Risklarni Baholash Tendensiyalari

Abstract

Mamlakatimizda oliy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish va uning investitsion jozibadorligini oshirishga qaratilgankeng ko‘lamli islohotlar izchil amalga oshirilmoqda. Tadqiqotda oliy ta’lim tizimi qamrovining kengayishi, davlat va nodavlatoliy ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatining rivojlanishi investitsiya muhitiga ta’siri nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek,moliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiya qilish va davlat-xususiy sheriklikni rivojlantirish orqali oliy ta’lim tizimidagiinvestitsion risklarni baholash tendensiyalari yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, risklarni samarali boshqarish vabosqichma-bosqich kamaytirish oliy ta’limning investitsion jozibadorligini oshirishda muhim omil sifatida asoslab berildi
