Esg-Принципы В Строительстве Узбекистана: От Первых Инициатив К Формированию Устойчивой Модели Отрасли

Abstract

В статье исследуются особенности формирования ESG-подхода в строительной отрасли Узбекистанана основе действующих систем управления. Предложена практическая модель интеграции ESG-принципов,предусматривающая разработку внутреннего ESG-индекса с учётом отраслевой специфики и уровня развитиякомпаний. Обосновано, что системное внедрение ESG способствует повышению прозрачности, инвестиционнойпривлекательности и устойчивости строительных организаций.
