Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida aholini ijtimoiy himoya qilish tizimiga sun’iy intellektni joriy etishninginstitutsional imkoniyatlari, amaliy salohiyati va tizimli cheklovlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot xalqaro tajriba, qiyosiy institutsionalyondashuv hamda “ijtimoiy ne’matlarni aralash ishlab chiqarish” nazariyasi asosida olib borilgan. Sun’iy intellekt ijtimoiyqo‘llab-quvvatlashning manzilliligini oshirish, zaif xonadonlarni erta aniqlash, xizmatlarni shaxsga moslashtirish vaidoralararo ma’lumotlar boshqaruvini takomillashtirish vositasi sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shu bilan birga, algoritmlashtirishbilan bog‘liq ma’lumotlar sifati, institutsional nomuvofiqlik, diskriminatsion xatolar, shaffoflik va hisobdorlikka oid xatarlarham yoritiladi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonda ijtimoiy himoya islohotlari sharoitida sun’iy intellektni bosqichma-bosqich,ehtiyotkor va inson markazidagi tamoyillar asosida joriy etish modeli taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi welfare mixnazariyasi, xalqaro raqamlashtirish amaliyoti va milliy ijtimoiy siyosat vazifalarini o‘tish iqtisodiyoti sharoitiga mos yagonatahliliy doirada birlashtirishdan iborat.
