Erkin Iqtisodiy Zonalar Uchun Raqamli Boshqaruv Va Investitsiya Monitoringining Mualliflik Modeli

Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda erkin iqtisodiy zonalarda (EIZ) investitsiya monitoringining nazariy-uslubiy asoslari vaxalqaro modellari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. UNCTAD, OECD va World Bank yondashuvlarining afzalliklari hamda ularni EIZsharoitiga moslashtirish zarurati asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida real vaqt monitoringi va institutsional koordinatsiyamuammolari aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘nalishlari taklif etildi. Raqamli texnologiyalar, jumladan Big Data va sun’iyintellekt asosida investitsiya monitoringini takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari yoritildi. Natijada EIZlar uchun raqamli boshqaruvva investitsiya monitoringining integratsiyalashgan mualliflik modeli ishlab chiqildi.
