Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy ishda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida aloqa xizmatlarini rivojlantirishning davlat tomonidantartibga solishning asosiy yo‘nalishlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda aloqa xizmatlari bozorining zamonaviy holati, rivojlanganmamlakatlar tajribasi hamda davlat tartibga solish mexanizmlarining samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Xususan, bozorniliberallashtirish, raqobat muhitini shakllantirish, infratuzilmani rivojlantirish, universal xizmatlar, kiberxavfsizlik va raqamlitexnologiyalarni joriy etish masalalari yoritilgan. Olingan natijalar asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitida aloqa xizmatlarinirivojlantirish va tartibga solishni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
