Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida Buxoro viloyatidagi xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalaridaboshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda xizmatlar sohasining hududiyiqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni, bozor xizmatlari hajmi, aholi jon boshiga ko‘rsatilgan xizmatlar dinamikasi hamda xizmat turlaribo‘yicha tarkibiy o‘zgarishlar rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlar asosida baholangan. Shuningdek, raqamli transformatsiyaningboshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri, xususan, biznes jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, mijozlar bilan ishlashni raqamlashtirish,ma’lumotlarga asoslangan qaror qabul qilish va xodimlarning raqamli kompetensiyalarini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan.Tadqiqot natijasida Buxoro viloyati misolida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari aniqlanib, ilmiyamaliytakliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
