Abstract

Mazkur maqolada “yashil” transformatsiyani amalga oshirishning nazariy, institutsional va amaliy jihatlarikompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda global ekologik muammolar, xususan, iqlim o‘zgarishi, resurslar tanqisligi va atrofmuhitdegradatsiyasi sharoitida iqtisodiyotni barqaror rivojlantirishda “yashil” iqtisodiyot modelining ahamiyati asoslabberilgan. O‘zbekiston misolida davlat siyosati va strategik dasturlar, jumladan, 2022–2026-yillarga mo‘ljallangan taraqqiyotstrategiyasi hamda “O‘zbekiston–2030” strategiyasi doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar tahlil qilindi.Shuningdek, maqolada “yashil” transformatsiyaning asosiy yo‘nalishlari — qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarinirivojlantirish, sanoatni ekologik modernizatsiya qilish, resurs samaradorligini oshirish, chiqindilarni boshqarish va “yashil”moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarini joriy etish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, “yashil” transformatsiyaiqtisodiy o‘sish va ekologik barqarorlik o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni ta’minlash, milliy iqtisodiyotning raqobatbardoshliginioshirish hamda uzoq muddatli barqaror rivojlanishga erishishda muhim omil hisoblanadi.Maqolada aniqlangan muammolar, jumladan, moliyaviy resurslar cheklanganligi, texnologik qaramlik, institutsionalmuhitning yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi va ekologik madaniyat darajasining pastligi tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etishbo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
