Abstract

Maqolada tijorat banklarining resurs bazasini shakllantirish va uning barqarorligini ta’minlash mexanizmlario‘rganilgan. Bank passivlari va ularni boshqarish siyosati, xususan depozit siyosati asosida kredit va investitsiya faoliyatinitashkil etish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, bankning o‘z mablag‘lari, jalb qilingan va qarz mablag‘lari tarkibihamda ularning moliyaviy barqarorlik va iqtisodiy mustaqillikdagi roli ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki,tijorat banklarining resurs bazasini shakllantirish va passivlar tuzilmasini samarali boshqarish bankning moliyaviymustahkamligini oshirish hamda iqtisodiyotda kreditlash va investitsiya jarayonlarini samarali amalga oshirishda muhimahamiyatga ega.
