Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda bo‘sh turgan davlat ko‘chmas mulk obyektlaridan samarali foydalanishningahamiyati, shuningdek, ushbu yo‘nalishda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar hamda qabul qilingan normativ-huquqiy hujjatlartahlil qilinadi. Bo‘sh turgan davlat ko‘chmas mulk obyektlarini iqtisodiy faollikka jalb etish orqali byudjet daromadlarinioshirish, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish va shaharsozlik muhitini yaxshilash imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. 2021–2025-yillarga oidstatistik ma’lumotlar tahliliy jadval shaklida taqdim etilgan. Maqola ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
