Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehmonxona korxonalari faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan yondashuvasosida turizm xizmatlari va mahsulotlarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish hamda ularning barqarorligini ta’minlashdamalakali kadrlar salohiyatining muhim roli tahlil qilinadi. Mehmonxona xizmatlariga bo‘lgan talabning ortib borishi sharoitidaxizmatlar sifatini oshirish zarurati asoslab beriladi hamda turizm sohasida bandlikning 2025–2030-yillarga mo‘ljallanganprognoz ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirishda e’tiborga olinishi zarur bo‘lgan asosiytamoyillar tizimli ravishda yoritilgan
