Kichik Va O‘Rta Biznesni Qo‘Llab-Quvvatlash Infratuzilmasini Rivojlantirish

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida kichik va o‘rta biznesni (KO‘B) qo‘llab-quvvatlash infratuzilmasinirivojlantirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda KO‘Bni rivojlantirishning institutsional, moliyaviy va tashkiliymexanizmlari hamda ularning iqtisodiy o‘sish, bandlikni ta’minlash va ishlab chiqarish faoliyatini kengaytirishga ta’sirio‘rganildi. Shuningdek, erkin iqtisodiy zonalar, davlat xaridlari tizimi, grant va moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarihamda tadbirkorlik muhitini yaxshilashga qaratilgan islohotlarning samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari kichik vao‘rta biznesni qo‘llab-quvvatlash infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish iqtisodiy faollikni oshirish, eksport salohiyatini kengaytirishhamda hududiy rivojlanishni rag‘batlantirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, davlat va biznes o‘rtasidagiinstitutsional hamkorlikni kuchaytirish hamda raqamli boshqaruv mexanizmlarini keng joriy etish KO‘B sektorining barqarorrivojlanishini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
