Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida menejerlarning raqamli kompetensiyalarinirivojlantirishning dolzarb masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot iqtisodiy jarayonlarni raqamlashtirish sharoitida boshqaruvsamaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlarini o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli liderlik va innovatsion boshqaruvtamoyillarining tashkilotlar faoliyatidagi ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, xodimlarningraqamli tayyorgarligini oshirish tashkilotlarning barqaror rivojlanishi va raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda strategik ustuvoryo‘nalishlardan biri hisoblanadi.
