Abstract

Mazkur maqolada innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida oliy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirishning asosiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiyomillari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda oliy ta’lim tizimining iqtisodiy rivojlanishdagi o‘rni inson kapitali nazariyasihamda endogen iqtisodiy o‘sish konsepsiyasi asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, universitet-sanoat-davlat hamkorliginiifodalovchi “Triple Helix” modeli doirasida oliy ta’limning innovatsion ekotizimdagi roli asoslab berilgan. O‘zbekistonoliy ta’lim tizimining rivojlanish tendensiyalari statistik ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilinib, asosiy ko‘rsatkichlarning o‘sishdinamikasi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, oliy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirishda inson kapitaliga investitsiyalarnioshirish, ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda ta’lim va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasini kuchaytirish muhimahamiyat kasb etadi
