Abstract

Hududlarni barqaror rivojlantirishdagi eng aosiy omillardan bu ularning iqtisodiy salohiyati bo‘lib hisoblanadi.Iqtisodiy salohiyat umumiy ta’rif sifatida hudud va milliy iqtisodiyotning moddiy asosidir. Shu munosabat bilan, iqtisodiysalohiyat hajmi muammosi va uning uslubiy jihatdan yondashilgan talqini ham ilmiy tadqiqotlar uchun, ham amaliytahlil o‘tkazish vositalarini shakllantirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Hududni iqtisodiy salohiyatining hajmi hududlarva umuman davlatning raqobatbardoshligini, investitsion jozibadorligini, milliy iqtisodiyot-ning turli soha va tarmoqlariimkoniyatlarini hamda korxonalarning kapitallashuv darajasini baholash imkonini beruvchi ko‘rsatkich bo‘lib xizmatqiladi. Shu bilan birga, ilmiy va nazariy jihatdan, iqtisodiy salohiyat kategoriyasi, faol qo‘llanilishiga qaramay, hali hamyetarlicha o‘rganilmagan hamda tadqiq etishga muhtoj bo‘lgan ilmiy masalalardan biridir. Iqtisodiy salohiyat tushunchasiko‘plab elementlarni o‘z ichiga olishi, murakkab va ko‘p qirrali iqtisodiy munosabat va hodisalarni aks ettirishi sababli,alohida hudud, umuman mamlakat iqtisodiyotining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi hamda o‘zaro ta’sir etish xususiyatlari muammositadqiqotchilar uchun dolzarbdir.
