Xalqaro Moliya Institutlari Orqali Mamlakatimiz Loyihalarini Amalga Oshirish Tartibi Tahlili

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xalqaro moliya institutlari orqali O‘zbekiston Respublikasida amalga oshirilayotganloyihalarni tashkil etish va moliyalashtirish tartibi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Jahon banki, Osiyo taraqqiyot banki, Yevropatiklanish va taraqqiyot banki, Islom taraqqiyot banki hamda Xalqaro valuta jamg‘armasi kabi xalqaro moliya institutlariningmamlakat iqtisodiy rivojlanishidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, xalqaro moliya institutlari bilan hamkorlikda loyihalarniamalga oshirish bosqichlari, jumladan, loyiha tashabbusini shakllantirish, texnik-iqtisodiy asosni ishlab chiqish, moliyaviyhamkorni tanlash, loyihani baholash, tender jarayonlari hamda monitoring va audit tizimlari tahlil etilgan.Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, xalqaro moliya institutlari bilan samarali hamkorlik mamlakatimizda infratuzilmani rivojlantirish,iqtisodiy islohotlarni chuqurlashtirish, investitsiyalarni jalb etish hamda iqtisodiyotning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdamuhim omil hisoblanadi. Shu bilan birga, loyihalarni amalga oshirish jarayonida shaffoflik, iqtisodiy samaradorlik, ekologikbarqarorlik va institutsional rivojlanish kabi omillarga alohida e’tibor qaratish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
