Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda milliy emissiyalar savdosi tizimini (ETS) joriy etish istiqbollari va iqtisodiysamaradorligi baholanadi. Tahlilda EU ETS, Xitoy va Janubiy Koreya tajribasi O‘zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirildi.Natijalar pilot ETS energetika sektorida 2030-yilgacha yiliga 8–12 mln tonna CO₂ emissiyasini qisqartirish va byudjetga150–300 mln AQSh dollari daromad keltirish imkonini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, sanoat raqobatbardoshligiga qisqamuddatli ta’sirlar aniqlanib, ularni yumshatish choralari taklif etildi
