Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida zamonaviy biznes muhitida biznes jarayonlarinioptimallashtirish masalalari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot aralash metodologiya asosida olib borilgan bo‘lib, 248 ta korxonavakillari ishtirokida anketaviy so‘rov, 42 ta top-menejer bilan chuqur intervyu hamda 6 ta fokus-guruh muhokamasi tahlilqilingan. Tadqiqot davomida kuzatish va ish hujjatlari tahlili orqali muvaffaqiyatli amaliyotlar aniqlangan. Ilmiy asoslangantavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ular biznes jarayonlarini bosqichma-bosqich optimallashtirish, xodimlarning raqamlikompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish hamda texnologik yechimlarni strategik maqsadlarga moslashtirishni nazarda tutadi
