Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida davlat fuqarolik xizmati imijini oshirishdagi dolzarbmuammolarni hal etish maqsadida xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda davlat xizmati imiji jamoatchilikishonchi, ma’muriy legitimlik va boshqaruv samaradorligi bilan uzviy bog‘liq ekani ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi. Avstraliya,Isroil, Fransiya, Singapur, Germaniya, Yaponiya va Janubiy Koreya tajribasi asosida strategik rejalashtirish, insonresurslarini boshqarish, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari, institutsional halollik va kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirish davlat xizmatinufuzini mustahkamlashda muhim omil ekani ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, davlat xizmatida motivatsiya, rag‘batlantirish vakompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy xulosalar berilgan.
