Abstract

Maqolada elektron pullarning iqtisodiy mohiyati, huquqiy maqomi va funksional xususiyatlari keng ilmiynazariyasosda tahlil etilgan. Klassik pul nazariyasi (Fisher, Keynes, Friedman) dan zamonaviy raqamli moliyayondashuvlarigacha bo‘lgan ilmiy spektrda elektron pullarning o‘rni aniqlashtirilgan. Uchta konseptual yondashuv —hisob-kitob, nopul moliyaviy mahsulot va pul talqini — qiyosiy tarzda ko‘rib chiqilgan. Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida milliyto‘lov tizimida elektron pullarning o‘rni, aholining moliyaviy inklyuziyasiga ta'siri va fintech sektorining rivojlanishiga hissasixalqaro tajriba hamda O‘zbekiston statistikasi asosida baholangan. CBDC («Raqamli so‘m») joriy etish istiqbollari xalqaroamaliyot bilan qiyoslangan holda tahlil qilingan. Risk-matritsasi va boshqaruv tavsiyalari berilgan.
