Boshqaruvda Zamonaviy Yondashuvlar (Oliy Ta’Lim Misolida)

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada boshqaruvda zamonaviy yondashuvlarning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari oliy ta’lim tizimimisolida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda boshqaruv kompetensiyasini shakllantirishda funksional, shaxsiy va vaziyatliyondashuvlarning ahamiyati yoritilib, ularning oliy ta’lim muassasalarida rahbar kadrlar hamda boshqaruv salohiyatigaega talabalarni tayyorlash jarayonidagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, rahbar shaxsining intellektualqobiliyati, ijodiy fikrlashi, qaror qabul qilish tezligi hamda jamoani samarali boshqarish ko‘nikmalari boshqaruvsamaradorligini ta’minlovchi muhim omillar sifatida tahlil qilingan. Maqolada vaziyatli boshqaruv nazariyasi asosidaturli boshqaruv sharoitlarida rahbarning xulq-atvori va boshqaruv uslubi o‘zgarishi mumkinligi ilmiy jihatdan izohlangan.Bundan tashqari, zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimida raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish, ma’lumotlarga asoslangan qarorqabul qilish, innovatsion menejment hamda strategik boshqaruv tamoyillarini joriy etishning ahamiyati yoritilgan
