Abstract

Respublikamizda innovatsion iqtisodiyotni shakllantirishga qaratilgan iqtisodiy islohotlarni amalga oshirishsharoitida startap ekotizimini rivojlantirish dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolaning maqsadi startapekotizimi tuzilmasi va uning asosiy elementlariga doir ilmiy yondashuvlarni tizimli tahlil qilish hamda ularni komplekstasniflashdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli yondashuv, ilmiy abstraksiya va umumlashtirish usullaridanfoydalanildi. Natijada startap ekotizimi elementlari institutsional muhit, moliyaviy mexanizmlar, innovatsion infratuzilmahamda inson kapitali va tadbirkorlik faolligi kabi yirik guruhlarga ajratildi va ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqlik mexanizmi nazariyjihatdan asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari startap ekotizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha iqtisodiy chora-tadbirlarni ishlabchiqish hamda amaliy mexanizmlarni taklif etishda metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
