Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda ekologik boshqaruv tizimini raqamli texnologiyalar asosida takomillashtirishjarayonlari hamda uning tashkilotlar faoliyatiga ko‘rsatayotgan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiyasharoitida ekologik monitoring, energiya samaradorligi, chiqindilarni boshqarish va ESG hisobot yuritish jarayonlariningboshqaruv tizimiga integratsiyasi o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli infratuzilmaning mavjudligi ekologik qarorlar qabulqilish sifati hamda resurslardan oqilona foydalanishga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi empirik asosda tahlil qilingan.Metodologiya sifatida birlamchi va ikkilamchi ma’lumotlar tahlili, onlayn so‘rovnoma, yarim strukturalangan intervyular,deskriptiv statistika hamda korrelyatsion yondashuv qo‘llanildi. Olingan natijalar raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish darajasibilan ekologik boshqaruv samaradorligi o‘rtasida ijobiy va ahamiyatli bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi. Ayniqsa, real vaqtmonitoring tizimlari hamda avtomatlashtirilgan hisobot platformalari ekologik ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilashga xizmat qilishianiqlangan.Xulosa sifatida ekologik boshqaruvni samarali amalga oshirish uchun raqamli monitoring tizimlarini keng joriy etish,integratsiyalashgan axborot platformalarini rivojlantirish hamda menejment tizimida ekologik KPI ko‘rsatkichlarinishakllantirish zarurligi taklif etiladi. Mazkur tadqiqot natijalari tashkilotlar darajasida barqaror rivojlanish strategiyalariniishlab chiqishda amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
