Abstract

В статье разработана инвестиционная модель перехода тепличных хо-зяйств Ташкентской агломерациина использование солнечных энергетиче-ских систем в рамках концепции зелёной экономики и устойчивогофинан-сирования. На основе финансово-экономического моделирования (NPV, IRR, дисконтированный срококупаемости) обоснована эффективность установки фотоэлектрической станции мощностью 500 кВт для теплицыплощадью 1 га.Результаты расчётов показывают положительное значение чистой приведённой стоимости NPV (≈ 118 тыс. долл.США) [1], внутренней нор-мы доходности IRR (≈ 16,8 %) [2] и дисконтированного срока окупаемости около 9 лет[2]. Анализ опыта Испании, Нидерландов и Германии показы-вает, что агровольтаика формирует перспективныйсегмент устойчивых инвестиций, поддерживаемый инструментами зелёного финансирования и государственнойполитикой [3–5].Предложенная модель для Узбекистана предусматривает многоуров-невое финансирование, институциональнуюподдержку и интеграцию принципов ESG [6], что способствует снижению энергоёмкости производ-ства и развитиюнационального рынка зелёного капитала [7].
