Abstract

Mazkur maqolada korxona qiymatini baholashning nazariy asoslari, metodologik yondashuvlari va amaliyjihatlari tahlil qilingan. Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida korxona qiymatini aniqlash korxonalarni sotish yoki sotib olish, investitsiyajalb qilish, garov operatsiyalari hamda strategik boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi asoslabberilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida korxona qiymatini baholashga oid ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilinib, baholash nazariyasiningrivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shgan yetakchi olimlarning yondashuvlari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada baholashning asosiy tamoyillari— foydalilik, o‘rin bosish va kutish tamoyillari hamda ularning iqtisodiy mazmuni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, korxona qiymatinianiqlashda qo‘llaniladigan xarajat, daromad va qiyosiy yondashuvlarning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Baholashjarayonining bosqichlari, iqtisodiy omillarning qiymat shakllanishiga ta’siri hamda baholash natijalarining amaliy ahamiyatiko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari korxona qiymatini baholash jarayonini takomillashtirish hamda iqtisodiy qarorlarqabul qilishda baholash natijalaridan samarali foydalanish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
