Abstract

Maqolada go‘sht va go‘sht mahsulotlarini sanoat usulida qayta ishlashda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar hamdayondashuvlar, shuningdek ularni O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llashning muhim jihatlari va ayrim kamchiliklari yoritilgan. Xorijiytajribalardan foydalanishning iqtisodiy mexanizmga qanday darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatishi o‘rganilgan. Mazkur maqoladago‘sht va go‘sht mahsulotlarini sanoat usulida qayta ishlash jarayonida Avstraliya tajribasi ilmiy-statistik manbalar asosidatahlil qilinadi hamda uni O‘zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari baholanadi.
