Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda uy-joy qurilishi sohasiga investitsiyalarni jalb qilishningasosiy yo‘nalishlari, mavjud imkoniyatlari va rivojlanish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda demografik o‘sish,urbanizatsiya jarayonlari, aholi daromadlari, ipoteka moliyalashtirish tizimi, davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlarihamda shahar infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish omillarining uy-joy qurilishi bozoriga ta’siri o‘rganilgan.Shuningdek, sohada uzoq muddatli moliyaviy resurslar yetishmovchiligi, kapital bozori vositalarining yetarlirivojlanmaganligi va xorijiy investitsiyalar ulushining nisbatan pastligi kabi muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqoladauy-joy qurilishi sohasining investitsion jozibadorligini oshirish, moliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiya qilishva kompleks qurilish loyihalarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
