Abstract

В статье рассматриваются статистические подходы к оценке системы социальнойпомощи и поддержки в регионе на примере Кашкадарьинской области и сопоставления собщереспубликанскими показателями. Обоснована необходимость перехода от описательного учетаполучателей к индикаторной оценке адресности, охвата и результативности. На основе официальныхданных за 2020-2025 годы проанализированы динамика бедности, численность получателей пенсий,социальных пособий и лиц с инвалидностью. Предложен интегральный индекс социальной поддержкирегиона, позволяющий сопоставлять нагрузку на систему, уровень потребности и результативность мер.Сделан вывод о том, что Кашкадарья характеризуется высокой долей получателей пособий и значимойсоциальной нагрузкой, что требует усиления адресного мониторинга на уровне махалли
