Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistonda islom moliyasini rivojlantirishning hozirgi holati, huquqiyinstitutsionalasoslari hamda istiqbolli yoʻnalishlari tahlil qilingan. Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining 2026-yil27-martda qabul qilingan “Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining ayrim qonun hujjatlariga Oʻzbekistonda islomiy bankfaoliyatini joriy etishga qaratilgan qoʻshimcha va oʻzgartirishlar kiritish toʻgʻrisida” OʻRQ-1126-sonli Qonuni1mamlakat moliya tizimi rivojlanishida tarixiy ahamiyatga ega boʻlgan strategik qadam sifatida oʻrganilgan.Tadqiqotda islom moliyasining asosiy instrumentlari, soliq imtiyozlari va tijorat banklarining tayyorgarlik darajasikoʻrib chiqilib, amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
