Oʻzbekistonda Yashil Energiya Siyosatining Iqtisodiy Samaradorligi (2015-2025-Yillar Tahlili)

Abstract

Oʻzbekistonda yashil energiya siyosatini amalga oshirish jarayonida iqtisodiy samaradorlikni baholashdolzarb ilmiy muammo bo‘lib, u energiya tizimining barqaror rivojlanishi va resurslardan oqilona foydalanish bilan bevositabog‘liqdir. Tadqiqotda 2015–2025-yillar oralig‘idagi siyosiy va iqtisodiy o‘zgarishlarni tizimli tahlil qilish uchun qiyosiy tahlil,statistik umumlashtirish hamda siyosat samaradorligini baholashga yo‘naltirilgan analitik yondashuv qo‘llanildi. O‘rganishnatijalari yashil energiya loyihalariga investitsiyalar hajmining ortishi va qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalariningenergetika balansidagi ulushi bosqichma-bosqich kengayib borayotganini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, infratuzilmacheklovlari va hududlar o‘rtasidagi tafovutlar iqtisodiy samaradorlikning to‘liq namoyon bo‘lishiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishianiqlandi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, institutsional islohotlar va normativ-huquqiy bazaning takomillashuvi investitsionjozibadorlikni oshirgan bo‘lsa-da, uzoq muddatli samaradorlikni ta’minlash uchun tizimli modernizatsiya zarurdir
