Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozorida amalga oshirilayotgan raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari,PQ-108 qarorining normativ-huquqiy asoslari va zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etishning amaliy natijalari tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqotda Yagona avtomatlashtirilgan axborot tizimi (YAAT), elektron polislar, CRM/ERP tizimlari, sun’iy intellekt vafraud-kontrol tizimlari orqali sug‘urta kompaniyalarining operatsion samaradorligini oshirish, firibgarlik xavfini kamaytirishhamda mijozlarga individual va tezkor xizmat ko‘rsatish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli xizmatlar, webva mobil platformalar orqali bozor ulushi hamda mijozlar qoniqishining oshirilishi amaliy misollar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqotnatijalari raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining sug‘urta kompaniyalarining moliyaviy barqarorligi, texnologik integratsiyasi vaglobal raqobatbardoshligini mustahkamlashdagi strategik ahamiyatini ochib beradi
