Abstract

Qishloq xoʻjaligiga moʻljallangan yerlarni (QXY) sanoat, transport, aholi punktlari, rekreatsiya va boshqaehtiyojlar uchun boshqa yer toifalariga oʻtkazish jarayoni hududiy rivojlanishning muhim omili hisoblanadi. Biroq mazkurjarayon yer resurslarining miqdoriy (maydon, tarkib, tuzilma) va sifatiy (tuproq unumdorligi, meliorativ holat, ekologikxizmatlar) ko‘rsatkichlariga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada konversiya (toifa o‘zgarishi) natijasida yuzagakeladigan miqdoriy va sifatiy transformatsiyalar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi, baholash indikatorlari hamda hisoblashyondashuvlari taklif etiladi. O‘zbekiston qonunchiligiga muvofiq, yerlarni bir toifadan boshqasiga o‘tkazish asosiyfoydalanish maqsadi o‘zgargan taqdirda amalga oshiriladi. QXYni boshqa toifaga o‘tkazishda, ayniqsa sug‘oriladiganyerlar bo‘yicha, maxsus tartib-taomillar belgilangan [1].
