Abstract

Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l transporti rivojlanishiga muhim hissa qo‘shgan mahalliy va xorijiy olimlarning ilmiyqarashlari tizimli tahlil qilinadi hamda ushbu qarashlarning zamonaviy transport xizmatlari sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyatiilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi temir yo‘l transporti sohasida shakllangan nazariy yondashuvlarva ilmiy konsepsiyalarni umumlashtirish hamda ularning hozirgi raqamli va innovatsion rivojlanish sharoitidagi amaliyahamiyatini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida tarixiy-tahliliy, mantiqiy-qiyosiy, tizimli va strukturaviy tahlil metodlaridanfoydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, temir yo‘l transportida xizmatlar sifati, harakat xavfsizligi, logistika samaradorligiva boshqaruv tizimlarini takomillashtirishda olimlar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan ilmiy qarashlar hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga egaekani aniqlandi. Xususan, transport jarayonlarini optimallashtirish, yo‘lovchilarga xizmat ko‘rsatish madaniyatini oshirishhamda raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishda ilmiy merosning dolzarbligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot xulosalarida temir yo‘ltransporti xizmatlari sifatini oshirishda ilmiy yondashuvlardan kompleks foydalanish zarurligi ta’kidlandi
