Abstract

Maqolada ishlab chiqaradigan sanoatning iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni, iqtisodiy o‘sish va raqobatbardoshliknita’minlashdagi ahamiyati hamda uni texnologik intensivligiga ko‘ra tasniflashning ilmiy-nazariy va metodologik jihatlaritizimli tahlil qilingan. Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti Statistika bo‘limi (United Nations Statistics Division – UNSD) tomonidanishlab chiqilgan Xalqaro sanoat standart tasnifi (International Standard Industrial Classification – ISIC) va Xalqaro savdostandart tasnifi (Standard International Trade Classification – SITC), Jahon bojxona tashkiloti (World Customs Organization– WCO) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan Tovarlarni tavsiflash va kodlashning uyg‘unlashtirilgan tizimi (Harmonized CommodityDescription and Coding System – HS), shuningdek iqtisodchi olim S. Lall tomonidan taklif etilgan ishlab chiqaradigansanoat eksport mahsulotlarini texnologik intensivligiga ko‘ra tasniflash yondashuvi mazmunan qiyosiy o‘rganilgan.Ushbu xalqaro tasniflagichlar hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Iqtisodiy faoliyat turlari umumdavlat tasniflagichi(IFUT) o‘rtasidagi metodologik muvofiqlik va ishlab chiqaradigan sanoatning texnologik tarkibini baholash imkoniyatlariochib berilgan. Shu bilan birga, milliy iqtisodiyot raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda mazkur metodologik yondashuvlardanfoydalanishning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Maqola sanoat siyosati samaradorligini baholash, yuqori texnologiyalitarmoqlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan davlat dasturlarini ishlab chiqish hamda eksportga yo‘naltirilgan iqtisodiy o‘sishmodelini takomillashtirishda ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega
