Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining tijorat banklari faoliyatiga ta’siri va transformatsiyayo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida bank xizmatlarini modernizatsiya qilish, masofaviy xizmatlarulushining ortishi, fintex texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi hamda boshqaruv tizimining avtomatlashtirilishi banklar faoliyatiningyangi bosqichga o‘tishini taqozo etmoqda. Tadqiqotda bank transformatsiyasining nazariy asoslari, uning moliyaviysamaradorlik, operatsion xarajatlar va risk-menejment tizimiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, raqamlashtirishning aktivlarsifati va moliyaviy barqarorlik ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi
