Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sirkulyar iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish jarayonida barqaror moliyaning tutgan o‘rni vaahamiyati nazariy hamda amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda sirkulyar iqtisodiyotning mohiyati, uning an’anaviychiziqli iqtisodiy modeldan farqli jihatlari hamda resurslardan samarali foydalanish, chiqindilarni kamaytirish va qaytaishlash tamoyillari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, barqaror moliya konsepsiyasi, uning ekologik, ijtimoiy va boshqaruv (ESG)mezonlari bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi asoslab berilgan. Maqolada yashil obligatsiyalar, barqaror kreditlar, investitsion fondlarva davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari kabi moliyaviy instrumentlarning sirkulyar iqtisodiyotga o‘tishdagiroli tahlil qilingan. Sirkulyar loyihalarni moliyalashtirishda yuzaga keladigan muammolar, jumladan, kapital yetishmasligi,institutsional to‘siqlar va normativ-huquqiy bazaning yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi ko‘rib chiqilgan
