Abstract

В статье решается проблема рационализации финансового обеспечения инновационного развитияузбекской экономики. Это достигается через эконометрическое моделирование отдачи от финансированиявузовских стартап-проектов из различных источников в Центральной Азии на базе официальной международнойстатистики за 2023-2025 гг. Автором разработан перспективный экономико-управленческий механизм оптимизацииструктуры финансирования стартап-проектов в вузах Узбекистана. Механизм оригинален тем, что он предполагаетпереходе от опоры на государственное финансирование инноваций к наращению их частного финансированияввиду его большей эффективности. Полученные результаты обеспечили конкретизацию предпочтительныхфинансовых источников и целевых итогов реализации стартап-проектов вузами Узбекистана, а также оптимизациюих соотношения для роста эффективности финансовых вложений в инновационное развитие экономики страны
