Yashil Iqtisodiyot Rivojlanishining Ish Bilan Bandlikka Ta’Sirini Baholash Metodologiyasi

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonining bandlikka ta’siri va mehnatresurslarining sektorlararo qayta taqsimlanish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi yashil (green) vaan’anaviy (brown) sektorlar kesimida ishlab chiqarish omillari hamda bandlik o‘zgarishlarini modellashtirish orqaliyashil transformatsiyaning kutilayotgan samaradorligini asoslab berishdan iborat. Ishlab chiqarish hajmini baholashdasektorlar kesimidagi Cobb-Douglas turidagi funksional model qo‘llanildi, mehnat resurslari harakatini ifodalash uchuntransformatsiya tenglamasi taklif etildi. Yondashuvda texnologik rivojlanish, kapital oqimi va inson kapitali omillariningishlab chiqarish hamda bandlikka uzviy bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari yashil sektor ulushining oshishi kapitalva texnologiya parametrlarining faollashuvi orqali yangi ish o‘rinlari shakllanishiga turtki berishini asoslaydi. Shuningdek,2030-yilgacha qayta tiklanuvchi energiya ulushining ortishi sharoitida resurs tejamkorligi va investitsiya yo‘nalishlaridagisiljishlar bandlik transformatsiyasini tezlashtirishi kutilishi qayd etildi. Ilmiy yangilik sifatida bandlik transformatsiyasinisektorlararo o‘tish ulushlari orqali ifodalovchi soddalashtirilgan dinamik mexanizm hamda uni Cobb-Douglas modeli bilanuyg‘unlashtiruvchi konseptual yondashuv taklif qilindi. Xulosa sifatida yashil iqtisodiyot siyosatini qo‘llab-quvvatlash,qayta tayyorlash va malaka oshirish tizimini kuchaytirish bandlikni oshirishning muhim yo‘nalishlari ekani ta’kidlanadi
