Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mehmonxona biznesida innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etishning nazariy va amaliyjihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — mehmonxona xizmatlari sifatini oshirishda innovatsiyalarningo‘rni va ahamiyatini aniqlash hamda ularning xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligiga ta’sirini baholashdan iborat. Maqoladamehmonxona sohasida qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar, avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlari,mijozlar bilan aloqani boshqarish (CRM) tizimlari va mobil ilovalarning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan.Shuningdek, Namangan viloyatidagi mehmonxonalar faoliyati misolida innovatsion faoliyatning hozirgi holati o‘rganilib,empirik tahlil asosida xizmat sifati va mijozlar qoniqishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra,innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish mehmonxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, operatsion xarajatlarnikamaytirish va xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlarini optimallashtirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab berilgan. Maqola yakunida sohagaoid amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
