Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston agrar sektorida fermer xo‘jaliklarining iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy hamda innovatsionahamiyati kompleks va tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida fermer xo‘jaliklarining qishloq xo‘jaligimahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishdagi ulushi, hududlar kesimidagi o‘sish dinamikasi, shuningdek, biotexnologiyalar va ilmiytadqiqotishlanmalarini amaliyotga joriy etish jarayonidagi institutsional va moliyaviy muammolar o‘rganilgan. Maqoladaagrar sohaga investitsiyalarni jalb etishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlari, ilmiy-innovatsion ta’minot tizimini takomillashtirishhamda fermer xo‘jaliklari daromadlarini oshirishning ustuvor strategik yo‘nalishlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarifermer xo‘jaliklari agrar sektorning tayanch tarkibiy bo‘g‘ini ekanligini, ularning barqaror va innovatsion rivojlanishi esamamlakat oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi hamda makroiqtisodiy barqarorligini ta’minlashda muhim omil hisoblanishini ko‘rsatadi
