Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida raqobat muhitini rivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari sifatidatarkibiy o‘zgarishlarni takomillashtirish jarayonlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda bozor munosabatlari asosidako‘p ukladli iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish, monopol tuzilmalarni qisqartirish, davlatning iqtisodiyotdagi ortiqcha ishtirokinikamaytirish hamda xususiy sektor ulushini kengaytirish muhim omillar sifatida asoslab berilgan.Maqolada tarkibiy islohotlarga doir ikki dastur tahlil qilinib, raqobat muhitidagi o‘zgarishlarni baholash uchun asosiyko‘rsatkichlar — korxonalar soni va miqyos tarkibi, bozor konsentratsiyasi darajasi, narx shakllanishining erkinligi, xususiysektor ulushi kabi mezonlar hamda ularni hisoblash usullari yoritilgan. So‘nggi yillarda amalga oshirilgan islohotlar natijalaribilan bir qatorda, hal etilmagan tizimli muammolar ham tahlil qilingan.Tadqiqot yakunida samarali raqobatni ta’minlash va bozor institutlarini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan amaliy taklif vatavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
