Tadbirkorning Kredit, Foiz, Soliq To‘Lovlari Va Ularni Optimallashtirish Yo‘Llari Xususida

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tadbirkorlik subyektlarining moliyaviy barqarorligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar, xususan,kredit resurslaridan foydalanish, bank foizlari va qarzga xizmat ko‘rsatish xarajatlari, shuningdek, soliq majburiyatlarini o‘zvaqtida va to‘g‘ri bajarish masalalari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda kreditlash amaliyotini yoritib beriladi.Soliq to‘lovlari bo‘yicha esa hisob-kitob va hisobot intizomidagi kamchiliklar, xarajatlarni hujjatlashtirish darajasi, ish haqihamda ijtimoiy to‘lovlarni rejalashtirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi sifatida kredit vasoliq yukini “kamaytirish” emas, balki pul oqimiga asoslangan qonuniy moliyaviy boshqaruv orqali optimallashtirish modeliasoslab beriladi. Hisob-kitobli misollar orqali to‘lovlarni kechiktirish hatto qisqa muddatda ham qo‘shimcha xarajatlarnisezilarli darajada oshirishini ko‘rsatib beriladi. Natijada tadbirkorlar uchun kassa rejasi, to‘lov kalendarlari, refinanslash varestrukturizatsiya mexanizmlari hamda hisob siyosatiga tayangan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
