Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida moliyaviy natijalarni tahlil qilish metodologiyasinitakomillashtirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida moliyaviy natijalar tahlilini takomillashtirish korxonafaoliyati samaradorligini oshirish, investitsion jozibadorlikni kuchaytirish hamda boshqaruv qarorlarini sifatli qabulqilishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu mavzu doirasida moliyaviy natijalarni baholashning zamonaviy usullari,xalqaro moliyaviy hisobot standartlari asosida tahlil qilish, shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar va analitik platformalardanfoydalanish imkoniyatlari o‘rganiladi. Bundan tashqari, daromadlar, xarajatlar, foyda va rentabellik ko‘rsatkichlarini chuqurtahlil qilish orqali aksiyadorlar manfaatlarini himoya qilish hamda kompaniya qiymatini oshirish yo‘llari yoritiladi. Tadqiqotnatijalari aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida moliyaviy boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish va barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashgaxizmat qiladi.
